AI Printable Profits sells digital products and printable downloads. No physical items are supplied.

Consumer rights and cancellations

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable rights of withdrawal and remedies for faulty, misdescribed, or inaccessible digital content. Downloading a file does not, by itself, mean that all consumer rights are lost. Any exception to a right of withdrawal applies only when its legal conditions have been met.

To request a cancellation, refund, or help with your purchase, email support@airprintableprofits.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Technical issues

If your file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of purchase. We will help resolve the issue, provide a replacement file, or issue a refund where appropriate. This preferred reporting period does not limit your statutory rights.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us, preferably within 7 days. We will refund a verified duplicate purchase.

Incorrect purchases and change of mind

If you purchased the wrong product and have not downloaded the files, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours. We will consider an exchange or refund. These voluntary support arrangements are in addition to any statutory rights you have.

Where no statutory cancellation or refund right applies, we do not normally offer change-of-mind refunds after download. Please review the product description, file formats, and stated software or device requirements before purchasing.
